The seasonal hiring of apartments is done on the basis of a seasonal leasing agreement some is the duration of hiring.

The reservation of a furnished apartment becomes effective as soon as the down payments are
poured (either 30 % of the amount of the hiring).

The arrivals are generally done starting from 16 H some is the duration except agreement between the parts.

The hiring ends at 11:00  the day of the departure.

The prices mean including all loads included except for the periods of long hiring (to be studied).

A guarantee of 500,- euros , guaranteeing the furnished apartment, is to be poured the day of the arrival in the places. The guarantee is restored the day of the departure deduction made of the breakage of the hardware and the pieces of furniture placed at the disposal.

An inventory of fixtures are carried out in double specimen the day of the arrival and  the day of the departure; the guarantee is completely returned if the apartment is restored clean and in good operating condition the day of the departure.

Local tax is 0,60 euros a night and by person ( not for children under thirteen ).

An internal payment with the Residence is given to the seasonal tenant on his arrival.
